At our current house, an old mid-century modern house that hadn't been touched since it was originally built, they upgraded the electrical, the plumbing, installed all new flooring throughout the home, installed several windows, remodeled two bathrooms, opened up our living room, installed a new tankless water heater, radiant heat, and a new furnace and air conditioner, and did several structural repairs. We are hoping to work with them as we remodel our kitchen, do an addition, do landscaping, and build a new free-standing garage."
